  Mindmatics (normal sms)  
 
    I sent an sms and my order has not been credited.  
    Please contact us and send us the code that you sent us and the phone number from which you sent the sms. Example:  
 
  Code: Game 12345  
  Phone number: 0049 721 123456789  
  Please include your international area code on your phone number.

    You will also find a help thread in the game forum. You can log in under http://onebip.com/consumer/de/ with your mobile phone number and the password you received with your order and check your transaction.  
 
    I logged in as described above and can view my money under balances.  
 
  If you see your money under balances, then your payment has only been credited to your Onebip account, but has not been forwarded to us. Please log in to your game account and go to the order page as usual. Then simply select the order that you wanted previously.  
  Afterwards, you will be forwarded back to the Onebip page. Please do not re-enter your data here, but instead log in to your Onebip account with your Onebip data. Then you can directly pay via your Onebip account.  
 
 
 
    I logged in as described above, but my payment has been registered as pending / failed.

  We cannot help you any further, as you payment has either failed or is pending. Only Onebip will be able to give you further information.

  You need to contact us for this. To find your transaction we need your order ID. You will be able to view the following in your Onebip account:
